Yes. All parties who need to sign must be physically present during the notarization. We cannot notarize a signature that was signed before we arrive.
No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or help prepare your documents. Please ensure your documents are complete before your appointment. Blank fields should be marked N/A if not applicable.
Same-day appointments are often available. For loan signings and real estate closings, 24–48 hours notice is preferred. For apostille service, please allow 3–5 business days minimum.
Yes — we regularly serve patients and residents at hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities across all three Delaware counties. A location fee of $50 applies for up to 30 minutes on-site.
We pick up your documents, notarize them, file them with the Delaware Secretary of State for certification, and return them to you within 3–5 business days. Rush same-day service is available. International shipping is additional.
Yes. We are available 7 days a week including weekends. After-hours service (6pm–9pm and weekends) carries an additional $30 fee. Emergency service (9pm–6am) carries an additional $60 fee.

Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. If our notary travels to the location and the signer refuses to sign, a $100 travel fee applies.
